I believe in being the change we want to see in this world.

I also believe that every crossroad or challenge we face is an opportunity to learn and grow, and that everyone possesses distinctive strengths which provide an unfathomable source of inner power to help us access resources necessary to achieve goals and positive outcomes

My coaching is grounded in the principles and practice of positive psychology, resilience research and mindfulness.

As a coach, I partner with you not as an expert but as a thinking partner and sounding board. This means that I won’t offer analysis, solutions or advice, but I will share what I see, hear and sense and ask powerful questions.

As we explore your world together, we’ll discover your strengths and uncover insights to help you achieve wellbeing and positive impact in these times of accelerated change and upheaval.



Questions and Answers

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between coach and client to support the client on their journey towards where they want to go and who they want to be. It is goal and future-oriented; focused on improving performance and/or fulfilling your potential.

Counselling or therapy may be more appropriate if you’re dealing with depression, anxiety and/or not coping well with life.

Each session is a confidential conversation tailored to your needs. We’ll explore what’s on your mind, identify obstacles and identify actionable next steps. You’ll do most of the talking while I offer observations, ask thought-provoking questions, and/or introduce exercises or models to help you gain new perspectives and insights.

This varies depending on your goals and situation. Some people find clarity in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. You can start with a single session, booking more sessions as needed, or buy a multi-session pack to reduce transaction costs and enjoy savings.

Not at all! Many people come to coaching feeling unclear about what they want. Part of the coaching process is helping you define or clarify your goals (or desired outcomes) both for the overall coaching engagement and for each session.

You’re ready if you’re open to reflection and learning, willing to be honest with yourself, and can commit to taking action. You can also take this 30-sec quiz to assess your coaching readiness.

If you are ready for coaching, the next step is to schedule a discovery meeting. We’ll get to know each other a little, see if the ”chemistry” is right, and address any questions you may have.
