The latter is strictly confidential and governed by professional confidentiality obligations in our Coaching Agreement.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you. We will not charge a fee for your access request, but may charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing copies of your information. In order to protect your personal information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us giving details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
