Rescheduling and Cancellation

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice incurs a small fee. This is intended to be fair to both client and coach while reflecting our mutual commitment to the coaching relationship.

Rescheduling (Moving to a Different Time)
  • 24 hours notice or more: Free rescheduling through NeetoCal
  • Less than 24 hours notice: $15 rescheduling fee
Cancellation (Not Rescheduling)
  • 24 hours notice or more: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
  • Coach cancellation: Full refund
Emergency Exceptions

Emergencies – medical issues, family emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances – are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email office@littleguidinglight.com as soon as possible with a brief explanation.

  • Unused sessions: Full refund of remaining sessions minus 5% processing fee
  • Individual session rules apply: each session within the package follows the same rescheduling and cancellation terms as individual sessions
  • Package expiration: Sessions must be used within three months of purchase
  • Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead: Use the NeetoCal meeting confirmation link
  • Rescheduling less than 24 hours, cancellations and package refunds: Email office@littleguidinglight.com
